25 Years - ADKOM celebrates its anniversary
It feels as if our business formation has been the day before yesterday. And yet we are celebrating our 25th anniversary this September. An exciting journey is behind us and our currently more than 20 employees. We say thank you!" to our team, to our customers, to all our companions. Stability is only possible if a company has got reliable partners in all areas - just like us!
It is these days and weeks which reflect to us, why we love so much what we do. Over the past 25 years, our company has developed rapidly, has established itself on the market, and has become a global player. The distribution of almost all kind of electronic displays has opened up markets that seemed inaccessible throughout our small, tranquil Rechberghausen. But it was only possible, because we have partners in our customers, who trust us, and because we are always at the cutting edge of the latest technologies. So we have been able to build up a large pool of experience and knowledge, over the years. Our anniversary is therefore not only a reason to look back. We look more than ever forward, because the world of electronics does not know any standstill. It is in motion and this is what we want to be for you.

The beginnings of our company fell into an exciting period of the development of the Internet. While the "network" was gradually making its way in the 1990s, no one even thought about social networks. Today they are no longer indispensable and became an integral part of our networked world.
When Mark Zuckerberg brought the first programming steps for a student connection to light, he certainly did not think of his "Facebook" ever celebrating this kind of a triumph. Today, 13 years later, we are all aware that the social networks have become a media channel that, thanks to its speed, hardly anyone would want to miss. Do you already know our Facebook appearance? 25 Years – under management of Jochen Frey since 2015
"ADKOM Elektronik GmbH is a big part of my life and the future of my family!” Our Managing Director Jochen Frey is proud to lead a team of more than 20 employees, to be responsible, and to be part of a forward-looking company - in which "the individual” is not forgotten.
Already since 2004 our current managing director was being part of ADKOM Elektronik GmbH. ”It’s a long journey, both of us shared”. At the age of 38, Jochen Frey took over responsibility in 2015 as the head of our family-owned enterprise. He is happy and proud at the same time that ADKOM is assuming a significant role in the world of electronic displays. The speed that has now entered the electronic world these days does not frighten him: “It is much more important, however, that in spite of digitization and industry 4.0, man is not forgotten”. This is what he is trying to follow suit - always supported by the obligatory piece of chocolate. Jochen Frey is married and has got two children.
